    Thank you for your interest in Healthy Pets! If you are emailing an appointment request please check our hours of operation, drop off times and your schedule so we can efficiently assist you with booking your pet's appointment. In addition, we ask that you send ALL the requested information* below in order to finalize a booking.

    Healthy Pets Surgery drop off time is between 7:30-8am Monday-Wednesday only, with an occasional Thursday. Pick up/discharge ranges from 3-3:45pm; we close at 4:30pm M-TH, and 1pm Friday's and do not board patients overnight.

    Wellness, Non-Well, and Technician visits take place Monday-Friday, 8am-3:30pm. We tend to book out 1-2wks, so plan ahead!

    Our wellness programs are designed to prevent disease and prolong the lives of your companion animals. We strive to prevent illness whenever possible. Early diagnosis of an illness can lead your pet to a longer, healthier life.

    Since our pets age quicker than us, regular exams are important to allow your veterinarian to evaluate your pet‘s overall health and become aware of any problems before they become serious illnesses. Our Wellness programs include a comprehensive physical exam; internal parasite testing; heartworm and flea control; vaccination program; spay and neuter services; and specialized blood tests for all stages of life.

    Policies

    Healthy Pets Cancellation Policy – Healthy Pets requires 2 business days’ notice for all cancellations and reschedules. These last minute changes disrupt our schedule, tie up valuable appointment spots, and require a significant amount of staff time to manage. In the event of a no show or cancellation within 2 business days, a rescheduling fee will be charged.

    Appointment scheduling policy:
    Deposits are required to schedule all surgery and dental appointments. These deposits will be forfeited in the event of a no show or cancellation within 2 business days.

    In addition, we ask that you please confirm your appointment as quickly as possible so we can accurately assess our schedule.

    Late arrivals:
    Please make every effort to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are running behind, please call us ASAP so we can relay this to our team. Patients checking in after the 10 minute mark may be turned away. Thank you for your understanding.
